We accept refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase; beyond 30 days, we won’t be able to grant a refund or exchange of any type.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced purchases can be refunded; discounted items cannot.
  • If the item in question was listed as a gift when purchased and sent straight to you, you will be issued a gift credit for the amount of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@inspiredbybelief.com.
Exempt Goods
The following are excluded from refunds:

  • Gift Cards
  • Promotional/discounted items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts due to factors other than our mistake.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We will inform you via email once we have received and reviewed your returned item. We will also confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to you within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, make sure you have received your refund by checking your bank account once again. Next, contact your credit card company; the refund may not show up on your account right away.
  • Please get in touch with us at (email and/or phone number) if you have followed all of these steps and you have still not received your refund.

Shipping

  • Kindly refrain from returning the items to the manufacturer. Sending it to our official address is required.
  • You are in charge of paying for your shipping cost when returning an item.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable! The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
  • The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
  • Please note that there is no assurance we will get your returned goods.
